  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via the secure checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or error is suspected.

  • Because most products are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

3. Pre-Orders & Production

Pre-order items are custom-made after the pre-order window closes.
Production timelines are clearly noted on each product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and delivery timeframe.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using reliable carriers.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and production schedules.
Once your order has been dispatched, The Custom Wear Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by postal services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

We aim to display product images and colours as accurately as possible, but variations may occur depending on your device or screen settings.
As each item is made individually, slight differences in print or finish may occur — these are considered part of the handcrafted nature of your garment.
