Shipping policy

Each item is made with care — often made-to-order or produced through pre-orders to minimise waste and support ethical production.

Pre-Orders & Production Time

All pre-order and made-to-order items are created after your order is placed.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and dispatch after the pre-order window closes.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship within Australia (and can quote international shipping upon request).

Order Updates

You’ll receive:
1️⃣ An order confirmation email once your order is placed.
2️⃣ A shipping notification with tracking once your item is dispatched.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
