Each piece we make is created with care, often made-to-order or produced through pre-orders to reduce waste and ensure you get something truly personal.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Because each item is created specifically for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or late cancellations once production has begun.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecustomwearco@outlook.com with:

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Returns Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item).
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
