Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made-to-order, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this, production begins and we’re unable to make adjustments.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items will ship approximately 3–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. Exact timelines are listed on each product page. You’ll receive an update once your order is dispatched.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Since each piece is made-to-order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we will replace or refund faulty or incorrect items — see our Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within Australia. If you’re overseas and interested in ordering, please email us for a custom quote.
